Manic Mondays: Part 2

Today was a usual Monday for me, buzzing around all over town, literally, and trying to get as much work as possible.

The weekend however, definitely eased me into a wonderful start of the week and new month, and I noticed that I was not as stressed as I have been lately.

I know that when my attitude is not in the right frame of mind, then nothing changes my outcome or situation.  So what I did this weekend was truly take the time I needed to give myself to unwind and ease my mind as much as I could.  And it worked, more than I thought it would, but mainly because I wasn't giving it any thought at all.  I just was and that was beautiful.

There are many positive changes on the horizon and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for me this year.  After so many years of battling things around me and going from extreme ups to extreme downs, I believe that this is the year for me and my loved ones to do what we want to do and just be happy.

Today's Monday was actually great and I was relieved that it was not filled with all the chaos and stress that most of my Monday's usually bring.  When you change your thoughts, you change your world, and Norman Vincent Peale was right about that.

After a very busy and long day/night, I am finally unwinding with my loves and settling in to watch one of our new favorite shows, "Better Call Saul."

I have a great feeling that the rest of this week is going to be awesome and I cannot wait to enjoy it all.
